Terms of use of the osteopatiya.az website: the purpose of the site, copyright, the enquiry form, external links and liability.

1. General provisions
This agreement sets out the terms of use of the osteopatiya.az website (hereinafter the “Site”). The Site was created to provide information about the educational programmes, teaching process, teachers and events of the Osteopathy Academy (hereinafter the “Academy”).
By using the Site, you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the Site.
2. Nature of the information on the Site
- The information on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a physician.
- The articles, video lessons and descriptions of techniques on the Site are not instructions for self-treatment or for treating others. Osteopathic techniques should be applied only by appropriately trained specialists, taking into account a physician's diagnosis and safety criteria.
- Lesson schedules, dates and teachers reflect the planned teaching staff and are subject to change. Final information on registration, payment and the other terms of study is provided at registration.
3. Copyright
- The texts, photographs, design and graphic elements on the Site are protected by copyright. They may be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes only with the written consent of the Academy.
- When quoting briefly from the Site, osteopatiya.az must be cited as the source.
- Module booklets, lesson videos and other teaching materials are intended solely for the Academy's students. Copying, distributing, selling or passing them on to third parties is prohibited.
- The rights to the scientific articles, standards and organisation pages referenced on the Site belong to their authors and publishers.
4. User obligations
When using the Site:
- do not use the Site for purposes that are contrary to the law;
- do not interfere with the operation of the Site, including by sending automated bulk requests or attempting to place malicious code;
- do not send information through the enquiry form on behalf of another person or information that is knowingly false.
5. Enquiry form and WhatsApp
- The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message from the information you enter. The message reaches the Academy only after you send it in WhatsApp.
- Use of the WhatsApp service is governed by WhatsApp's own terms of use and privacy policy.
- The information sent through the form is an initial enquiry. Registration is completed in the manner set out on the Admission and registration page.
- The processing of the information you enter in the form is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. External links and services
- The Site contains links to Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Maps and the websites of partner organisations. The owners of those websites are responsible for their content and privacy rules.
- Video lessons are shown via the YouTube service and are loaded only after you press the play button.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Academy endeavours to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.
- The Academy is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information on the Site without a physician's advice, or for techniques applied on one's own initiative.
8. Changes to this agreement
The Academy may amend this agreement. A new version takes effect on the day it is published on the Site. The effective date is shown at the top of the page.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
